Each Player may hold only one (1) win3max Account. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Win3max will never ask for your password. You must immediately notify win3max support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Win3max Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any funds held therein to any third party. Win3max reserves the right to verify that the person using an Account is the registered Account holder at any time.
Win3max is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at win3max's discretion.

Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the period specified by win3max may have their withdrawal requests delayed, suspended, or declined. Continued failure to provide required verification documents may result in Account suspension. Win3max will not be liable for any losses arising from delays attributable to incomplete KYC verification.
Win3max reserves the right to conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on Accounts that exceed specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, exhibit unusual transaction patterns, or are flagged by win3max's internal compliance systems. Players subject to EDD may be required to provide additional documentation including proof of source of funds.

Win3max only accepts deposits made from payment accounts or bank accounts held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be declined and returned. Win3max reserves the right to suspend an Account and conduct further checks where third-party deposit activity is detected.
Win3max does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges, for which win3max accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to all verified win3max Account holders subject to the conditions set out in this Section.

These timelines are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during compliance reviews, peak processing periods, or in cases where additional verification is required. Win3max will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Win3max reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations; (c) the Account is under investigation; (d) active wagering requirements remain on bonus funds included in the withdrawal request; or (e) the withdrawal request does not comply with these Terms.
Win3max may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive offers to Players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be stated in the Promotion terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.
Win3max reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any Promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are generally available to Players in good standing whose Accounts are fully verified. Win3max may exclude Players from individual Promotions based on account history, geography, or game play patterns that indicate abuse of promotional offers.
Win3max prohibits any activity that it reasonably determines to constitute promotional abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk betting strategies to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, or colluding with other Players to exploit Promotions. Win3max may void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend Accounts where promotional abuse is detected.
All Games available on the win3max Platform operate according to the specific rules published for each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
All win3max slot games, virtual table games, and random-outcome products use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers under studio conditions. Win3max does not interfere with game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, win3max will investigate the incident and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. Win3max reserves the right to void or correct any bet or game outcome that resulted from a software error, mis-displayed odds, or corrupted data. Win3max is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside of its reasonable control.
In the event of a palpable error in the display of game odds, payout rates, or bonus terms, win3max reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. A palpable error is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable player should have recognised it as incorrect. Win3max will not be bound by any offer or payout that arose from a palpable error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win3max Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win3max Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any win3max content without prior written consent from win3max.
Any unauthorised use of win3max's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win3max's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your win3max Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Win3max reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person; (c) suspicious financial or gaming activity has been detected; or (d) the Account is subject to a legal or regulatory investigation.
Players may close their win3max Account at any time by submitting a written request to win3max's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining cash balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method after deduction of any pending liabilities. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Win3max may deduct a dormancy administration fee of PHP 200 per month from dormant Account balances. Win3max will provide advance notice by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing any additional verification required.
Win3max reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, win3max will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Players and/or by prominently displaying the updated Terms on the Platform.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the win3max Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Win3max operates under PAGCOR licensing, and any dispute relating to win3max's regulatory obligations, game fairness, or licensing conditions may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution procedures.
Players who wish to raise a complaint about win3max should first contact win3max's customer support team via live chat or email at the address provided in Section 17. Win3max will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Consumer Protection and Enforcement Department.
